Exporting From Crystal Reports to Excel Format
Exporting to Excel after previewing the report will result in the columns being mismatched at times.
- When you set up your report, de-select Print; if you choose not to print, select File.
- Check the box File.
- Select Browse and pick a location where you want to save the document.
- Select Excel (or any format) in the dropdown.
- Select OK.
This will produce an exported Excel file.
