Exporting From Crystal Reports to Excel Format

Exporting to Excel after previewing the report will result in the columns being mismatched at times.
  1. When you set up your report, de-select Print; if you choose not to print, select File.
  2. Check the box File.
  3. Select Browse and pick a location where you want to save the document.
  4. Select Excel (or any format) in the dropdown.
  5. Select OK.

This will produce an exported Excel file.
