For Servicing Director ILS Web customers, upgrading to Servicing Director 7.9 requires that you also upgrade your ILS Web.
The previous version of ILS Web was version 2.2.
The new version of ILS Web has a new name, and it is known as Customer Self-Service 2.3.
ILS Web 2.2 is incompatible with Servicing Director 7.9, so when you upgrade to Servicing Director 7.9, you must upgrade ILS Web 2.2 to Customer Self-Service 2.3 at the same time.
Before you upgrade, review the Customer Self-Service 2.3 Installation Guide for instructions about how to upgrade the ILS Web 2.2, so you can preserve your custom content before upgrading.
Note that there are known issues for both Servicing Director 7.9 and Customer Self-Service 2.3, so before upgrading, search the Knowledge Center for the key words "Known Issue" in the articles for Servicing Director. Also, create a Case Management case for the support to provide any of the late breaking information about the upgrade.
