Root Cause: This can be caused by changes to your SQL server, where the product provided credentials no longer have access to the database.

  1. Confirm your Microsoft SQL server Security as SQL server and Windows Authentication mode enabled (Mixed-mode). For more information on enabling SQL server SQL authentication, see your Microsoft SQL server support information.
  2. Confirm the Microsoft SQL server Security Permission to connect to the database engine is granted to the Fusion Servicing Director SQL login named LoanServicing. For more information on enabling SQL server SQL authentication, see your Microsoft SQL server support information.
  3. Confirm that your Fusion Servicing Director applications have the correct passwords for the Fusion Servicing Director SQL logins by setting new passwords using the LSCNFG application on the server. Review the related article or more information about resetting passwords.
  4. Confirm the folder path shown on the LSCNFG application Config Info field is the same \SvcData folder used by your Fusion Servicing Director applications. For more information about viewing the \SvcData folder used by the applications, review the related article.
