Servicing Director Balloon Letter

The delivered SD Balloon letter is simply a letter that is produced for all active loans which have been set up as balloons.

 

There is no auto trigger or event or update that generates specific records for this letter.

 

You are expected to use criteria in the letter event, along with consideration of the scheduling of the letter to run, that will allow you to control the output somewhat.

 

If you just ran the letter, with no criteria, it should generate a letter for each one of your active balloons.

 

You should experiment/test with different criteria and scheduling options to see what will works best for you - depending on how and when you want to produce your letters.

 

Here is an example : 

set up criteria to be : MaturityDate in Next61to90Days

schedule for quarterly

 

So every 3 months you would get letters for loans that were maturing in the next 60 to 90 days.
