Subscribing to Product and Topic-Driven Email Notices and Newsletters

You want to know how to you can receive emails from Finastra about product updates and release information.


  1. Log on to Customer Center.
  2. Select Support Center.
    Note: If you do not see Support Center, contact your financial institution Customer Center system administrator to request access.
  3. Select Fusion Solutions > Servicing Director > Servicing Director.
  4. Select Forms.
  5. Select Click Here.
  6. Check the box for Servicing Director.
  7. Read the Important Notice.
  8. Click Subscribe.
If you have a new email address or want to verify that you are subscribed to email notifications, follow the procedure outlined above.
