Deleting Scheduled Instances
When you schedule events to run daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, or yearly, you physically create an instance in the Scheduled Instances list for each day you schedule the event to run. You can delete all recurring instances of the event on the Event Manager screen.
To delete a scheduled instance: - From the Scheduled Instances list on the Event Manager screen, select the scheduled instance (they appear with a bold "E") you want to delete all recurring instances for; then, click Instances > Delete Recurring Instance. A confirmation message opens.
- Click Yes. Servicing Director removes the message and removes the scheduled instance from the list on all days it was scheduled.
Note: To remove a scheduled event from the Scheduled Instances list and prevent it from running on a select day only, you can select the scheduled instance from the list and then click Delete; however, when you use this method, the event remains scheduled on all other days it is scheduled on.
