EZTeller Workstation is Unable to Print EZTeller Laser Checks
EZTeller Laser Checks are not printing on one specific workstation.
Workaround:
Perform the following steps:
- Log onto the workstation with the printing issue.
- Verify that the network printer you will be using for check printing has been added in Windows.
- If the printer is not listed, you will need to add it.
- This printer does not need to be the default printer.
- Log into Superview and select the branch as your workgroup.
- Select Profile Options > Workstations > General.
- Highlight the Workstation ID that is unable to print laser checks and select the Check Printing tab.
- Verify that the Check Printing Method is Laser.
- Browse to the correct printer.
- Use the drop-down menus and select the correct print trays.
- Click Apply and OK.
- Have the teller exit and restart EZTeller.
