EZTeller Workstation is Unable to Print EZTeller Laser Checks

EZTeller Laser Checks are not printing on one specific workstation.


Workaround:

Perform the following steps:

  1. Log onto the workstation with the printing issue.
  2. Verify that the network printer you will be using for check printing has been added in Windows.
  • If the printer is not listed, you will need to add it.
  • This printer does not need to be the default printer.
  1. Log into Superview and select the branch as your workgroup.
  2. Select Profile Options > Workstations > General.
  3. Highlight the Workstation ID that is unable to print laser checks and select the Check Printing tab.
  4. Verify that the Check Printing Method is Laser.
  5. Browse to the correct printer.
  6. Use the drop-down menus and select the correct print trays.
  7. Click Apply and OK.
  8. Have the teller exit and restart EZTeller.
