Workaround:
The Customer Self Service Online Payments has an option allowing the borrower to submit additional to principal payment amounts along with the regular payment as long as the selected loan is current. If the loan is not current, the extra principal payment amount field will not appear on the Online Payment Request web page. If the loan is not current, the loan must be made current before the option will be allowed on the Online Payment Request screen.
Customer Self Service does not have the option to make a principal only payment.
