Product Version Support

Finastra supports the current scheduled release plus one scheduled release back for all of our Lending & Compliance products.  If you are using an older release, we strongly recommend that you install the current release to take advantage of improvements and so that our support team can effectively assist you.

We use a standard convention for release version numbering across all products. This industry standard convention conveys information about the release - the year of the release, which release in that year and if the release was scheduled or not.  Each part of the version number is explained below:

Version x.0.0 - The first number is the two-digit year as of the date of the release.

Version 0.x.0 - The second number is a sequential number of planned and scheduled releases. The first release of 2013 is 13.1.0, the second release of 2013 is 13.2.0, etc.

Version 0.0.x - The third number is the number of an unplanned and unscheduled release of the product. Unplanned releases may be a hot fix, an On Demand release, or a release to respond to a compliance change that cannot wait for the next scheduled release, etc. This number generally starts with 10 and increments by 10s.

Here is an example using the year 2020:
20.1.0 – the first scheduled release in 2020
20.2.0 – the second scheduled release in 2020
20.2.10 – an unscheduled hot fix for release 20.2.0
