Servicing Director Event Manager Creates Blank Single Documents

Event Manager sometimes creates blank documents, where a single copy of a letter or report includes all the default text built into the document template but there is no loan data or no data fields showing information on the report.

Workaround:

In many cases, a document is designed to only select specific loan data or data fields which qualify for the document. Depending on your business and your Servicing Director usage, there may be no data records which qualify. In most cases like this, Event Manager will create a single blank copy of the document, with no loan data or data fields showing on the report. For example, if there are no loans on a given date which are delinquent, then documents set to select only delinquent loans will be blank.

This single blank copy is created by design to make it clear to the users who may not be attending every running event in Event Manager that the document did complete, and the blank document confirms there was no qualifying data. This design cannot be disabled, but you may want to not print this type of document and instead set the document event to save to file only, printing the saved file as later needed.
