Servicing Director User Has Access to All Event Manager Events

You have users who have access to the Event Manager application, and they have access to all Event Manager Events. You do not want them to have access to all events and only want them to be able to access certain events.


Workaround:

You may want to review why the user is using the Event Manager application. Some user actions can be done from the other Servicing Director applications. For example, if the user may be using Event Manager to run only a report, but then the report can be setup in the System Administration Table Setup Module Reports to allow the report to run from another application. With the report setup in Module Reports, the user would not need access to Event Manager to run the report. You can deny access to Event Manager, or limit access to certain events. For more information about changing the access to Event Manager, search Knowledge Center with the key words Event Manager Access.
