Setting Up a New Workstation.

You need to add a new workstation for a branch.


Environment:

EZTeller
  1. Open Superview and select your role.

Note: Superview access is defined under Security Details, if you don't have access to this module, contact your administrator.

  1. You must select a working group when opening Superview, your structural hierarchy is displayed, select the branch level you are modifying and then click on OK.
  2. Select Bank > Workstation setup.
  3. From the Workstation Setup screen, select the Bank.
  4. Click the plus sign to the left of a group to expand the tree and select the branch where the physical workstation is located.
  5. Click the Add button. 
  6. In the Workstation Information box, enter the Workstation name.
  7. Select the Workstation Type from the drop down list.

Note: Superview automatically selects the Workstation number assigned box after you initially sign onto the workstation.

  1. Click OK.
  2. Click Close to return to the main screen.
