Setting Up a User to be Able to Access the Admin tab in Superview Reports.

A user must have an EZTellerĀ® role with an authority level of 6 through 20 to access the reports under the Admin tab.


Environment:

EZTeller
  1. Open Superview and select your role.

Note: Superview access is defined under Security Details, if you don't have access to this module, contact your administrator.

  1. Roles are created and/or modified at the branch level, when selecting your working group select the branch location for the role you are modifying. 
  2. Select EZTeller Roles > Maintenance.
  3. Select the Role.
  4. Click on the Edit button.
  5. The Edit EZTeller Role Attributed screen opens, click the drop-down to change the Authority Level to Administrator.
  6.  The Administrator Authority (6-20) box is enabled, set the authority level between 6 through 20.
  7. Click Apply.
  8. Click OK.
  9. Click Close to exit the screen.
