Troubleshooting Servicing Director Customer Self-Service Web Servers Using the Windows Event Viewer
To troubleshoot a Servicing Director Customer Self-Service web server issue, include checking the Windows Event Viewer for ASP.NET Error or Warning events logged at about the same time as each occurrence of the issue.
- Have your local IT or system administrator open the Windows Event Viewer on Customer Self-Service web server or web application server.
- Search for ASP.NET Error or Warning events. Typically, the events will be in the Windows Applications log, but not is all cases.
- If you find an event, use your Microsoft web server support information to resolve the issue.
- If the issue persists, and you create a new Finastra Customer Success Community Case Management support case, be sure to include the entire text of the Event Viewer event.
