Field Maintenance Is Not Logging Changes on a Specific Table

You have Field Maintenance Logging enabled for a specific table, but changes to the selected fields are not logged. Changes to other Field Maintenance Logging selected tables are logged.


Workaround:

Enable Field Maintenance Logging on the specific table again.

To select the table fields for logging:

  1. In Servicing Director, open the System Administration application.
  2. Click Setup.
  3. Select Field Maintenance Logging from the list, and then click Open.
  4. Select the table that contains the fields that you want to keep track of from the Tables list. The fields from that table appear in the Fields In list.
  5. Select the fields that you want to log from the Fields In list. A check mark appears in the box to the left of the field name when you have selected a field.
  6. Continue to select tables and fields for all fields that you want to log.
  7. Click Close.
