Servicing Director Field Maintenance Logging Fails To Log Any Changes For One Table
You have Servicing Director Field Maintenance Logging enabled, and there is active logging taking place, but changes to all the fields for one table are not logging.
The Solution information below is for your system administrator or local IT.
Workaround:
You may need to make your Field Maintenance Logging choices again for the problem table.
First, unselect any fields you have currently selected for logging for the problem table, and then select them again.
To unselect the fields for logging:
- Open the System Administration application.
- Click Table Setup.
- Select Field Maintenance Logging from the list, and click Open.
- Select the table that contains the fields that you want to unselect from the Tables list box.
- Unselect the fields from the Fields In list box. This will remove the check mark in the box to the left of the field name when you have unselected a field.
- Click Close.
To select the fields for logging again:
- Open the System Administration application.
- Click Table Setup.
- Select Field Maintenance Logging from the list, and click Open.
- Select the table that contains the fields that you want to unselect from the Tables list box.
- Select the fields from the Fields In list box. This will add the check mark in the box to the left of the field name when you have selected a field.
- Click Close.
