Reviewing EZTeller Roles to Determine Which Roles and Limits Are Assigned to Each Employee

 You want to know which EZTeller roles and limits are assigned to employees.

Workaround:

There are two reports that, when they are used together, provide this information:

  • Employee Information Report - Lists employee name, bank, branch, home group, home group authority level, assigned roles, and the authority level for each role.
  • EZTeller Role List - Provides details of all EZTeller roles, along with the teller attributes set up for each role.

Complete the steps below to access the reports.

  1. Log in to Superview and select the Holding Company as your working group.
  2. Go to Reporting > Reports and select the Branch tab.
  3. Select the Employee Information Report, select  V to view, and then OK to run the report.
  4. You will see the employees' names, the home group, and a list of assigned roles.
  • Click the Printer button to print the report.
  • Or, click the Export button (envelope with a red arrow) and save in your choice of formats.
  1. Click on the X in the upper right corner to close the report.
  2. Select the EZTeller Roles tab and select the EZTeller Role List report
  • If you want to exclude zero cash drawer amounts, select Exclude EZTeller Roles with $0.00 Cash Drawer Amounts, and click OK.
  1. Select the box under the V column to View and click OK to run the report.
  2. A list of roles at each location displays showing when the role was last used and the cash limits assigned to each role.
  • You have the option to click on the Printer button to print the report.
  • Or, click on the Export button (envelope with red arrow) and save in your choice of formats.
