Servicing Director Customer Self-Service Recurring Online Payments Can Be Incorrectly Cancelled

Borrowers are incorrectly able to cancel a recurring ACH payment in process (an existing payment to draft is exported, but not yet added to a payment batch and posted). Borrowers must wait until all existing payments have finished processing before the recurring ACH may be cancelled.

 

This is an issue caused by Servicing Director Customer Self-Service.


Workaround:

After upgrading to Servicing Director 14.1 and Customer Self-Service 14.1, apply the Customer Self-Service 14.1.1 service pack.
