The Fusion Servicing Director Returned Mail Indicator

This is an explanation of the Returned Mail check box in the Customer Service, Mailing screen.

The Returned Mail flag is stored in the MailingAddress table.
MailingAddress.ReturnedMail (1 for checked, 0 for unchecked)

Returned Mail is not widely used in the system, and is primarily informational and needs to be manually set up.
There are no delivered reports that will include returned mail information in them.
There is no alert or stop associated with this field/flag.

Returned Mail can be used as criteria in the Collector Assignment Update, and it is also one of the fields we include in our delivered Dialer export.
