The Servicing Director 15.1 applications require you to have Microsoft Windows desktop versions newer than Windows XP. 

Previous versions of Servicing Director could use Windows XP, but Windows XP is not supported for 15.1 or later and could be incompatible with future versions of Servicing Director.

IMPORTANT! The procedure below is for your local IT or system administrator familiar with Microsoft Windows.

1. Review Servicing Director System Requirements for which versions of Windows are supported.

2. Confirm your Servicing Director SQL server name.  
   
   If you are not sure of your Servicing Director Server name, then please search the Finastra Customer Success Community Knowledge Center for the related article using the key words Servicing Director SQL Name.
3. Confirm your shared network folder location for the Servicing Director \SvcData folder. 
   
   If you are not sure of your Servicing Director \SvcData network shared folder name, then please search the Finastra Customer Success Community Knowledge Center for the related article using the key words Servicing Director Svcdata.
4. Locate a Windows desktop computer with a supported version of Windows. 
5. Install the Servicing Director 15.1 applications on the supported Windows desktop computer using the Servicing Director Installation Guide procedures for manually installing the applications.
